Dentist
Luk enjoys treating a variety of patients, helping them achieve their aesthetic and functional dental goals.
He has a special interest and has completed numerous courses in:

Luk has completed a one-year course in advanced cosmetic dentistry with Dr Christopher Orr (Ex-president of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry). He has also been taught by Ash Parmar, one of the "Extreme Makeover" dentists and other world renowned dentists helping him aspire towards the highest quality cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry.
Luk is extremely enthusiastic about his profession and to enable him to stay up to date with the latest advancements and innovations in aesthetic dentistry he is a member of various organisations:

Jyoti Parmar
Dentist
Jyoti Parmar (Ash's wife) is a very caring, ethical and conscientious dentist. As part of a Team approach, she enjoys her role in providing general dental care including fillings, crowns, extractions, dentures, simple orthodontic work, and children's dentistry. She also carries out routine dental examinations and initial, comprehensive dental assessments. Jyoti and Ash have two children.

Laura Slight
Hygienist
Laura joined the practice in September 2015, and has worked in the dental industry for 35 years.
Laura trained as a Dental Nurse in 1980 at the Eastman Dental Hospital before qualifying as a Dental Hygienist in 1983 at the Royal London Hospital. Laura has a calm, caring nature towards her patients and loves helping nervous patients overcome their fear of the dental surgery.
Outside of work Laura is a busy mum with two young children. She has trained as a healer, enjoys travelling, walking and good food.

Petya Nenova
Therapist
Petya is a therapist who qualified at Kings College, London in 2016. She has a very caring, professional and modern approach to her work, and is a perfectionist by nature. As a therapist, she can do all that a hygienist offers, i.e. gum treatment and oral hygiene advice, as well as doing fillings for children and adults. She is currently working at Smile Design By Ash on Wednesdays.
Petya is a dedicated mother with one son. She likes travelling, reading non-fiction and doing intricate craftwork including cake decorating.

Andreas Weigt is an implantologist and an oral surgeon. He has placed over 10,000 implants and carried out 10,000 bone grafts. He is highly professional, skilled, ethical and has a calming and friendly nature. Any client requiring implants can be assured they will be in good hands.

Noman Athwal

Dr Noman Athwal BDS, MSc (Endo), MFDS RCS (Ed.)
Practice Limited to Endodontics
Noman was born in Germany, but grew up in the UK. He qualified as a dentist from King’s College London. During his time at university he served two years in the student council. He was selected to receive the AM Clover Prize upon graduation.
Following graduation, Noman spent three years consolidating his skills in general dental practice in London. He quickly developed an interest in Endodontics. This led him to pursue three years of advanced training in Endodontics at King’s College London, leading to the award of a Master’s degree.
Presently he works in private practice limited to Endodontics. He has previously held a position as a clinical teacher of Endodontics at King’s College London and Guy’s hospital where he taught dental students.
Noman is committed to ongoing professional development. He regularly attends courses and conferences to keep his knowledge up to date. He was awarded Membership with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2015. He has a calm and empathetic approach with his patients.
He lives in central London. Noman’s hobbies include skiing and racquet sports. Recently he has taken up courses in calligraphy and he enjoys practicing this skill.

Rana Al Falaki is the team periodontist (gum specialist). Rana is a very professional and skilled dentist who has a special interest in treating gum problems with a laser. She has a specialist practice based locally in Queens Road, Buckhurst Hill.

Bhikhu Parmar
Finance Manager
Bhikhu (Ash's father) is the finance manager. A kind and gentle man, he was pivotal with respect to all decisions made whilst the practice was being established. Currently he ensures the on-going, smooth running of the business and enjoys meeting new patients and helping them to feel relaxed. Bhikhu enjoys a balanced life by trying to keep healthy, on-going spiritual development, charity work and having fun with the family and grandchildren.
Sylwia Doskocz
Care Nurse
Sylwia is a self-motivated and diligent dental nurse with a passion for reaching and exceeding patient expectations. She has been a dental nurse for over 4 years. During these years, she has worked in various dental practices gaining experience in dental implants, oral surgery and orthodontics. She joined our team in 2017, working alongside Ash as a care nurse.
She enjoys spending time with her family and her fiance. Her interests are fashion, shopping and exploring the world.

Fae Lampard
Care Nurse
Fae joined the practice in January 2015 originally working alongside Ash 5 years ago.
She is a caring friendly and experienced nurse ensuring all patients are happy and cared for during all treatments. She has assisted Ash with many of his life changing makeovers. Nursing for all aspects of dental care such as dental implants, cosmetic veneers, orthodontic treatment and smile designs. She is able to relieve any anxieties you may have.
She qualified in 2006 with a national certificate. Her personal interests are socialising with friends. Spending time with family, shopping and concentrating on her own clothing line project outside of work.

Sharan Kaur
Hypnotherapist
Sharan is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and owns a business called New Me Hypnotherapy. She has a Masters in Pharmacy, and has helped many patients at Smile Design By Ash overcome a variety of dental phobias.
She has a very caring, professional and modern approach to her work, and is highly recommended by Ash and his Team.
Sharan achieves great results usually within 1 – 2 sessions, by getting to the root cause of the anxiety.
She has successfully treated patients from needle phobia and a variety of health anxieties including anorexia. She is also skilled at helping patients to stop smoking, if they are motivated (especially important if someone has gum disease and loosening teeth, or if someone needs dental implants).
Sharan is a dedicated mother of two girls. As a family they love to blog, make videos, travel and explore. She also loves a good board game, reading and socialising with friends.
